Your Path Coaching and Consulting is partnering with the Downtown Ashland Association and SCORE Richmond to host two free marketing workshops this February. These sessions provide local business owners with the tools they need to refine their brand and reach the right audience.

Workshop 1: Defining Your Value Proposition
Part of the Entrepreneur Bootcamp Series
Before you can sell effectively, you must articulate why your business is the best choice. This workshop focuses on identifying your "Unique Selling Proposition" and crafting a message that differentiates you from the competition.

During our Defining Your Value Proposition Workshop, we will discuss key concepts from Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur's book "Business Model Generation" and how you can use the Business Model Canvas to define your marketing niche.
During our Defining Your Target Customers Workshop, we will show you how to use AI to research potential customer segments and define your ideal customer. ‘’
