I guide business owners through the process of shifting from working in the business to working on it.

Using gentle yet structured tools such as the Strategic Business Canvas and the Balanced Scorecard, we design a clear, one-page roadmap. This ensures your financial goals, customer strategies, and operational processes are perfectly aligned with the life you actually want to live.

Operational Process Improvement:

I help business leaders improve operations and free up time to be more strategic by documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementing continuous improvement frameworks.

The establishment and refinement of processes can reduce workplace friction, improve profitability, and foster an environment where employees can grow and feel fulfilled.

Executive Development:

The skills needed to run an organization evolve over time. We help leaders understand their current strengths and their organization's needs.

With this information, we develop coaching and training programs that support individual and team development.

The Power6 Leadership Framework

Organizations need defined cultures and processes to thrive. Alongside my valued colleague and partner, Dr. Rudy Jackson, we have built the Power6 Leader Framework to help individuals and teams understand the 6 skills needed to be an effective leader.

We designed this program to provide an easy-to-understand framework and assessment tool for elevating the leadership skills of new leaders.

Through our proprietary Diagnostic Leadership Evaluation (DLE®), we help leaders reflect on their current leadership behaviors and how those behaviors impact organizational culture and teamwork. Through our 90-day coaching sprints, we help leaders navigate change and expand their leadership competency.
